01 / What we can work on

Parts built around your project

Start with an STL or 3MF file, the dimensions you need and how the part will be used. We review the geometry, quantity and intended use before agreeing on print setup, materials and delivery.

A

Replacement components

Covers, knobs, caps and geometric parts that help keep useful objects in use. Send photos and the dimensions that matter if you need help recreating a missing part.

B

Prototypes and fit checks

Check an enclosure, a mounting point or a new shape with a physical prototype. Tell us which dimensions and mating features you want to evaluate.

C

Custom mounts and workshop tools

Purpose-built holders, brackets, jigs and organizers shaped around your workspace or project. Share the attachment points and expected loads.

D

Small batches and repeat parts

Print multiple copies of an agreed design. Include quantity, desired dimensions and any consistency requirements when requesting a quote.

02 / Getting started

A clear path
to your next part.

We review the details with you, define the work and agree on the quote before starting.

01

Send the file and project details

Email your STL or 3MF, intended dimensions, quantity and shipping destination. Add the deadline, use environment and any material requirement.

02

Review the print setup

We discuss material, orientation and setup around the shape and function of the part. If the model needs changes, we can scope CAD design alongside printing.

03

Agree on the quote

The quote covers the defined printing scope and any agreed design work or shipping. Deliverables and timing are agreed before work begins.

03 / Your questions

About
3d printing.

Can you print an STL or 3MF file?

Yes. Send the file with the intended dimensions and quantity. We review the model and the project requirements before quoting.

What if I do not have a 3D model?

A dimensioned sketch or clear measurements can start a custom CAD model. If you have an original object, we can discuss 3D scanning and the next design step.

Can you make replacement parts?

We work on geometric replacement components such as covers, knobs and caps. Send photos, critical dimensions and the intended use so we can discuss the project.

How much does 3D printing cost?

We quote after reviewing the file, size, quantity, material needs and print setup. Include your shipping destination and deadline for a complete project review.

04 / Let's make something useful

Tell Pat about
your project.

Send your files or photos, approximate dimensions, intended use and deadline. For printing, include quantity and shipping destination. We will review the details and agree on the scope.
