Real objects.
Digital possibilities.

Choose a service or connect the steps. We help you move from what you have to the part you need.

01 / CAPTURE
A curved object represented by a cloud of scan points

3D scanning

Bring an existing object into the digital world. Capture small parts, clean up the mesh and create files for reference, archiving or the next design step.

02 / Built around a purpose

Little parts.
Big difference.

A missing cover. A better mount. A prototype that finally lets you check the fit. Start with the problem you want to solve.

Replacement parts

Covers, knobs, caps and other geometric parts that keep useful things in use.

B

Prototypes & fit checks

Test a shape, mounting point or enclosure before you settle on the design.

C

Jigs, mounts & organizers

Purpose-built holders and fixtures for a workspace, project or everyday task.

D

Digital archives & repeat parts

Preserve an object as a mesh or prepare an agreed design for repeat printing.

05 / Before we get started

Good questions.
Clear answers.

What should I send for a quote?

A short description, a file or photos, approximate dimensions and what the part needs to do. For printing, include quantity and shipping destination. For scanning, include the surface/material and required output.

Can you help if I don’t have a 3D model?

Yes. A dimensioned sketch or a clear set of measurements can start a custom geometric model. If you have the original part, we can also discuss scanning and the next design step.

What files can I send or receive?

STL and 3MF are useful starting files for printing. Custom geometric modeling focuses on STL delivery. We agree scan output formats and any other file requirements before work starts.

Can I ship an object for scanning?

We can discuss shipping an object to Boca Raton for scanning and return. Send its size, photos and handling needs first so we can agree packaging, capture scope and return arrangements.

How do price and timing work?

We quote the defined scope after reviewing the details. Design, printing, scanning, materials and shipping are considered as needed. Deliverables, revisions and schedule are agreed before work begins.
